3. Bookings, Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments may be booked through our online platform, by phone, or in person. You agree to provide accurate information when booking.

• We may require a deposit or full prepayment for certain services; deposit and cancellation policies are disclosed at the time of booking.
• Cancellation and rescheduling may be subject to fees where notice is not provided within the required timeframe. Specific timings and fees are displayed when you book and may vary by service.
• No-shows or late arrivals may be charged up to the full cost of the scheduled service.

4. Fees, Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed through third-party providers. By providing payment information you authorize these processors to charge the amounts due. We do not store full payment card numbers.

Refunds are issued at our discretion and in accordance with applicable law. Certain products or services may be non-refundable.

5. Health, Allergies and Safety

You must disclose any allergies, medical conditions, skin sensitivities, or medications that may affect treatment safety or outcomes. We may refuse or modify services if it is in the interest of your safety or treatment efficacy.

6. Consent to Treatment

By receiving treatment, you consent to the procedures and any reasonable variations that a qualified professional may determine are necessary. Treatments may carry risks; if you have concerns, discuss them with your practitioner prior to treatment.

7. Photography, Reviews and Marketing

With your consent, we may take and use photographs or videos of treatments for record-keeping and marketing. When you submit reviews, images, or testimonials, you grant Drimosa a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content for promotional purposes.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our site, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned or licensed by Drimosa. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use our services or site for unlawful purposes, to harass or defame others, to interfere with our operations, or to submit harmful or offensive content. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

10. Third-Party Services

Except where prohibited by law, Drimosa's liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable service in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
